Download Marketing Material About the Division

This year, Division 34 will embark on a new initiative, intended to increase awareness of population and environmental psychology, as well as encourage greater activity within our Division. To support this, we have created some marketing materials about the Division. As new materials are created, they will be available for download from this page. We encourage everyone to visit this site regularly, download, print, and distribute these materials to your colleagues, your students, and peers you meet at conferences.

Built Environment Postcard
Marketing for Human Factors, Product Design, and Experiemental Psychologists

Front states: "Always design a thing by considering it in its next larger context: a chair in a room, a room in a house, a house in an environment, an environment in a city plan. – Eliel Saarinen, influential modern architect. Environmental Psychology: part of your context."

Back states: "Everything is impacted by its environment. Environmental psychology examines the ways the built environment affects people—their cognitions, attitudes, productivity, and well-being. The American Psychological Association’s Division 34, Population and Environmental Psychology, is interested in you and your ideas. Visit the Division’s website, and see what we can offer each other. CALL OUT: What can you learn from an environmental psychologist? And what can he or she learn from you?"
